Once you've approved the proof, you can expect your order to ship within 10 business days. We begin production with your approval, at which time your order becomes non-returnable and non-refundable. If you don't choose to add our Image Proofing Service, then we will begin production, crop the image to the size selected, and ship your order within 10 business days.

Our Acoustic Panels are designed to be mounted to a surface using hang tabs, our keyhole plate hanging method, a construction-grade adhesive, or using mechanical fasteners. If you choose hang tabs, tabs and mounting screws will be included per panel.
